Job Description
Ultranauts is looking to hire a full-time Senior Engagement Manager of Software Test Automation/Engineering to join our team and be part of a high growth, high impact services company. Senior Engagement Managers are responsible for running client engagements from inception to completion, including managing customer relationships, supervising quality engineering (QE) teams and ensuring project success.

As a Senior Engagement Manager at Ultranauts, you will be accountable for all facets of project execution, including project kickoff, strategizing, test planning, managing schedules, resourcing, and identifying risks & opportunities, while maintaining constant communication with your clients, team and other internal stakeholders. You will need to be equally comfortable shaping engagement strategy with senior executives, defining project requirements with business leads, solving technical challenges with engineers, and driving day-to-day project execution with your QE team.

Our vision at SalesChamp is to create the simplest, most effective and easy-to-use omnichannel communication platform in the world.

SalesChamp has also an office in Brno, Czech Republic, and on top of that works with full remote team members. Our team has grown from 9 to 16 members within a year and there are amazing people working from Netherlands, Czechia, Slovakia, Nigeria and Russia. Currently we're looking for 4 new team members in 3 different roles within the development team.

What are the requirements?
* Experience with end-to-end testing automation
* Experience with either Puppeteer, Selenium or Cypress
* Good understanding of various tools used for automated tests
* Experience with testing an application built around microservices
* Experience with testing single-page web applications
* Great analytical thinking to make smart choices about the scope of testing
* Extensive experience with creating automated tests scenarios
* Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal

What will be the scope of your work?
* Be the owner of automated tests. Work with engineers to determine root causes why tests break and help them fix test cases.
* Creating automated tests for end-to-end testing of our application
Manual testing of parts which are not yet automated
* Supporting our current tester to fully embrace testing automation

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Manual Tester to join our technology-driven A-team REMOTELY for a long-term contract.
In this role you will be responsible for testing and monitoring our web application by applying quality-assurance methods. You must ensure that the final product meets client expectations.

What you will do:
Extracting requirements from tasks specifications and converting them into test cases;
Manual testing the product and the newly implemented features;
Writing test scenarios and reviewing scenarios created by others;
Ownership of quality on the features under test;
Identifying bugs and reporting them in Jira;
Following up on resolved bugs;
Testing on various browsers and devices;
Researching and using new tools for testing purposes.


What you need to have:
Minimum 3 years experience in testing web apps;
Creativity in identifying test scenarios and transforming them into test cases;
Working experience with Security, Performance and API Testing;
Experience with Chrome DevTools;
Good communication skills and proven experience working successfully in a team;
Ability to write detailed documentation for reported bugs;
Attention to detail;
Experience working with Scrum Methodology, ideally with SAFe framework;
Good command of English;
Experience working with remote teams.


Nice to have:
Knowledge and working experience with automated tests frameworks (e.g. Puppeteer, Cypress, etc.);
Knowledge of Node.js and Node package manager (npm).
