About the Position

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead sales enablement, messaging and positioning, and product launches. They will have experience owning those three areas of responsibility above and working with our customer facing teams to understand our customers and competitive landscape. We believe excellent product marketing comes from great teamwork and constant communication with customers, sales, partners, and market research.

The Product Marketing Manager will be tasked with partnering closely with the executive team, product management, sales an customer success to develop a plan to influence and launch product and give sales the tools necessary to communicate value to prospects and customers

This role will have a significant impact on the Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Success teams and a large influence on Pixlee TurnTos success. The job reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

 Responsibilities

-Sales Enablement: Product marketing ensures sales are consistently trained on our product line, competitive positioning and key use cases. Product marketing is also responsible for bringing to life the value of our products through real-world examples, value-based messaging, and on-point supporting materials.
-Messaging & Positioning: We need crisp and memorable, emotive positioning across all channels - website, content, and events.
-Product Launches: Product and engineering is constantly releasing new products which we need to celebrate with internal audiences through enablement as well as externally through online, and press channels.
-Creatively evangelize through videos, blogs, white papers, presentations, webinars, web content, and other channels.

Requirements

-Bachelors degree in a related or unrelated field.
-3+ years of relevant product marketing or sales enablement experience
-Be an all-around product marketing expert within the marketing organization
-Proven results with sales enablement and communicating value to key internal constituents
-Strong, persuasive communicator. Show us what content you love and what makes it so great. Wed love to see your content chops whether thats copy, visuals, demos, or something else that grabs people.
-A positive attitude: Youre a team player and you work effectively with different teams.

Nice to Haves

-Design experience with work to display knowledge of e-commerce, social media and -SaaS landscape
-Ability to design email templates, web pages and webinar materials

The Role
Data is central to Larks mission. This project manager will be focused on initiatives that leverage data to inform decision-making across the company. This position will organize and drive complex and cross-functional projects that will impact both business and product decisions, as well as partner facing reporting deliverables. The ideal candidate has a mix of the organizational skills needed to plan and execute complex projects, the analytical skills needed to support quantitative decision making, and the interpersonal skills required to achieve alignment across cross-functional teams. This position will be part of the Lark Data organization and will report to the Director of Business Insights.

What Youll Do


* Organize and drive execution for high-profile external reporting deliverables

* Compose documentation that clearly describes the contents, dependencies and information flow within our data and insights reporting systems

* Develop playbooks for how to generate customized and recurring reports

* Work with partners, accounts management, and integrations specialists to obtain alignment on data and insights requests

* Analyze data of various types to support business and product decisions  

* Curate and maintain partner-facing deliverables in an internal catalogue

* Provide visibility into cross functional work with product, partner integrations, and data engineering to understand dependencies on our monitoring and reporting systems




What Youll Need


* Working knowledge and practical experience in structured project management and application development processes

* Deep interest in the healthcare and digital health space

* Comfort with leading meetings between partners and Lark. Includes presenting to partners and senior management

* Flexibility, comfort with limited resources and the ability to wear many hats

* Proficient in tools required to manage complex projects (i.e., Jira, Confluence)

* Bachelor's degree required

* Experience as a project manager in technical field is ideal

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders and executives

Roles and Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals across departments in
completing index launches by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. Over the course of an index
launch, the Project Manager will need to communicate with product managers, engineers (developers
and technology), index managers, index research analysts, marketing, communications and sales to
make decisions and monitor the progress of the index launches to keep them on schedule. Their duties

* Serve as the key liaison between leadership, engineers, and the client-facing team

* Help smooth any friction points throughout the company

* Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress

* Organize work and focus the team on what needs to be accomplished

* Connect granular tasks to longer-term strategic objectives

* Delegate tasks to employees best positioned to complete them

* Perform quality control throughout development to maintain the standards expected

* Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change




Qualifications


* Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics and/or in a technical discipline.

* At least four years of relevant experience

* Experience with project-management frameworks in a financial product development
environment.

* Proficient understanding of financial indexes and derivative markets, and their application in
financial products.

* Ability to collaborate product, engineering and business teams in order to launch and support
the companys indexes.

* Flexibility and the willingness to adapt to meet the needs of the team.

* Someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

* An entrepreneur, always looking to improve processes.




Preferred


* MBA with concentrations in finance and/or operations. Technology focused.

* Knowledge of the crypto currency market

* Experience with data-intensive financial software products
