Successful candidates will have at least 5 years of professional experience, a math, science or engineering degree and be able to demonstrate a combination of software technical acumen, project management, customer engagement and data analytics experience.\n\nSales Demonstrations / Proofs of Concept / Proofs of Value \n\n\n\n* Support product demonstrations for potential customers\n\n* Prepare synthetic data sets (schema definition, data generation, data wrangling, QA)\n\n* Support translation of client uses case into BigPrivacy configurations and data process flows\n\n* Support 3-hour technical demonstration sessions – step by step configuration of all BigPrivacy software to meet customer use-case requirements\n\n\n\n\n\nPilot Projects and New Client Implementations\n\n\n* Support customer onboarding\n\n* Scoping and defining requirements of client IT environment vs software requirements\n\n* Support client install and first line troubleshooting; coordinate problem resolution with the development team when necessary\n\n* Support distribution partner “on-site” project managers to ensure project and technical issues are addressed\n\n* Provide software application training \n\n\n\n\nOther Activities\n\n\n* Develop an extensive working knowledge of all Anonos products\n\n* Training of sales partner project management and technical staff as needed\n\n* Participate with internal user-acceptance testing prior to new releases\n\n* Create and edit product and training documentation\n\n* Modify, update and improve existing demonstrations and create new ones\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDesired Skills\n\nData Analytics/Data Engineering\n\n\n* Hands-on experience with data analytics – methods, use cases, challenges\n\n* Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, functions, data formatting, dates)\n\n* Data Wrangling, Featuring Engineering\n\n* Pentaho Data Integration or other ETL tools a significant plus\n\n* Data Science skills a significant plus (R, basic ML models, statistical concepts)\n\n\n\n\n\nIT/Development Tools\n\n\n* Basic familiarity with several of the following: all or most a significant plus\n\n* Linux – desktop and basic command line, including vim (text editor), SSH\n\n* GitHub, ZenHub (or comparable)\n\n* SQL\n\n* Docker, Kubernetes\n\n* Hadoop, MapR, HDFS, Spark or other BigData tools\n\n* Pseudonymisation, Tokenization, Encryption\n\nGeneral Business\n\n* Experience with Data Privacy (GDPR, CCPA, HIPPA, etc.) a significant plus\n\n* Experience with Regulatory/Standards compliance of any kind financial, ISO, health-care, environmental, quality, nuclear, etc. a significant plus\n\n* Ability to lead meetings and training webinars with customer mid-level technical, professional and management staff\n\n* (Technical/IT) Project Management experience\n\n* Ability to relate to customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner\n\n* Exceptional phone support and software/hardware troubleshooting skills\n\n* Superior verbal and written communication skills\n\n* Ability and desire to work 100% remote, but still highly collaborative; self-starter\n\n* Interest in working for early stage startup – risks, flexibility, adaptability\n\n\n\n\n\nIf this sounds like the right role and the right environment for you, we welcome your application.\n\nLearn more about Anonos at www.anonos.com
