Qualified engineers will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis.\n\nGeneral Requirements: \n\n\n* Reliable, accountable and can work without supervision.\n\n* Ability to communicate to both technical and business stake holders.\n\n* High level of integrity with a can-do attitude.\n\n* Strive to do things the right way.\n\n* Exceptional customer support skills\n\n\n\n\nTechnical Requirements\n\n\n* Experience in architecture, design, support maintenance, and expansion of an Enterprise Log Management infrastructure\n\n* Experience with a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system is highly desirable as well.\n\n* Experience in monitoring an enterprise log management systems\n\n* Experience in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of syslog and SNMP across a variety of UNIX and Windows platforms\n\n\n\n\n\n* Experience in collaboration with a variety of IT stakeholders in design and maintenance of production-quality log management reports and dashboards to support data analysis and visualization\n\n* Experience in creation and maintenance of documentation related to log management infrastructure configuration and operational processes\n\n* Experience in incorporating application log files into visualization tools from a centralized Syslog server\n\n* Advanced system administration skills with Linux operating systems\n\n* Experience with Dockeron Linux platforms\n\n\n\n\n\n* Identify critical data elements that must be present to ensure log files can be used for monitoring\n\n* Ability to interface and engage with the customer\n\n* Knowledge of regular expression, scripting, and application development languages (e.g., Python, Perl, JavaScript, YAML, Linux shell scripting)\n\n* Automating manual processes\n\n* Participate in planning and upgrades of systems, design systems enhancements, and monitor capacity to maintain operational capacity in accordance with change management processes\n\n\n\n\n\n* Develop documentation (as required) on new or existing systems\n\n* Leads the day-to-day maintenance and operations of logging & monitoring team\n\n* Experiencing in configuring data inputs\n\n* Provide industry standard expertise in the deployment, configuration, and operation of monitoring & logging tools\n\n* Develop customized dashboards for operations, security, and management teams\n\n\n\n\n\n* Candidate should have experience in infrastructure administration such as Unix, Linux, networking, Windows, and firewalls\n\n\n\n\nGeneral Terms\n\n\n* Full time position.\n\n* Can legally work in the US\n\n\n

This entails adding new features and performing bug fixes.
