Finalize new architecture for notifications system. 6 month success: Complete overhaul of new notifications system. Work with growth team on notifications roadmap. Commit a substantial amount of code to all new initiatives within the notifications roadmap. 12 month success: Become a leader within the backend team. Mentor new devs, continue substantial code contribution, and continue being a reliable source of support for vision of overall backend architecture.
